IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca, in collaboration with JOTTO (the Joint Technology Transfer Office of IMT School for Advanced Studies, Scuola Normale Superiore and Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna) organizes a "Seminar on Metallic and ceramic materials with applications to paper industry". The seminar will be held on the 26th of May starting at 9.00 A.M. by the premises of the San Francesco Complex at the Cappella Guinigi Auditorium. The American Society of Materials International will bring its precious contribution and the seminar will also count on the patronage of Confindustria Toscana Nord.
During the seminar experimental techniques for the characterization and optimization of the mechanical and functional characteristics of metallic and ceramic material used in the paper industry will be presented.
