Excellent research and teaching experience in the field of management and organization of cultural institutions; Economic analysis of Cultural Heritage, tangible and intangible heritage management; teaching experience at PhD level in national and international contexts.

Activity

Teaching in the course "Models of Organization of Cultural Institutions" (20 hours). Supporting the activity of Lynx Research Unit. Students tutoring and PhD thesis supervision.
Course abstract: Analysis of organizational models of museums in Italy. Main organizational models of museum and cultural institutions in USA and Europe; structures and institutions of "tutela" in Italy. Management models.

Formal requirements

Masters Degree in Management or related field;

Specific requirements

international academic experience;
