Profile

As part of the research activities of the AXES research unit, the IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca is seeking one research collaborator with experience in the analysis of microdata and the study of pharmaceutical innovation.

The candidate must possess the following skills:

(i) knowledge of Stata;

(ii) experience on the analysis of large datasets;

(iii) ability in writing research reports in English.

Perspective applicants should hold a Master's degree in Economics or related areas.

Activity

Research activity on: big data and pharmaceutical innovation; technological change; advanced therapies. In particular, analysis of a large dataset of clinical trials, drugs, and patents with a special focus on innovation in the field of advanced therapies (gene and cell therapies).

Formal requirements

A Master's degree in Economics, or related field;
Knowledge of STATA;
Experience on the analysis of large datasets;
An excellent command of the English language and ability to write research reports in English.
