Profile
We invite applications for a Visiting Professor in Interactions between auditory, visual systems in typical and atypical development of the senses.  Candidates should have an outstanding research profile, extensive international academic experience, and significant experience in the field of electrical or magnetic neuroimaging, especially in auditory neuroscience and the study of brain dynamics, with research activities on the study of interaction between auditory and visual systems. 
 
Activity
The position involves qualified research activities in the field of computational and auditory neuroscience along with MOMILAB researchers and PhD students; the visiting fellow could also be involved in teaching activities, such as seminars, and is expected to give at least one for interdisciplinary audiences.

Formal requirements
  • Ph.D. degree; 
  • the candidate must have a curriculum with a suitable scientific background for carrying out research and teaching activities in auditory neuroscience and interaction with the visual system;
  • the candidate must be an University professor in fields related to auditory computational and cognitive neuroscience and the study of brain dynamics with M/EEG;
  • the candidate must have an excellent record of high-impact publications;
  • excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
