Markets and the evolution of fair prices

In this talk, we shall review the experimental literature on double auctions with a focus on our own contributions. We shall combine learnings from experiments on behavioral dynamics in repeated interactions more broadly with the individual-level analyses of said market experiments to formulate a few conjectures on how “fair” prices might emerge as a consequence of trade dynamics.
